Rashmi Varma is a clinician and public health strategist deeply committed to advancing digital inclusion, health equity, and economic resilience in under-resourced communities. She has worked in close partnership with the Nepal Internet Foundation and local cooperatives across Dolakha to explore how community internet access, digital farming, and conditional microfinance can unlock new pathways for women’s financial and educational empowerment.
